ACQ Lumber is standard pressure treated lumber in many areas now. We've noticed many big box stores not stocking ACQ rated bolts and Joist Hangers.
It is worth finding a supplier for proper ACQ Rated Hardware--
Here's an inspirational photo of non-ACQ rated hardware used on a deck. When this deck was removed it was 2 years old and the screws were mostly missing.
